PREPARATION FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

For insurance compliance we need to check for any changes in glue sensitivities. Our method of patch testing involves applying a few lash extensions to the eye, so clients can sample the products we use and our mobile lash service during the patch test consultation. This reduces the risk of any reaction as other areas of the skin can vary in sensitivity.

Please allow enough time to complete your consultation and patch test appointment before your eyelash extension treatment. You will need to wait 2 weeks after a COVID vaccination before booking to ensure that any vaccine side effects aren't confused with sensitivities or reaction.

Eyelash extensions must be applied on clean, dry lashes.

Any moisturiser or mascara might affect the glue bonding ingredients. The eyelash extensions are best applied to your natural lashes without any enhancement. Do not wear any eye make-up, do not tint or perm lashes before your appointment.
